NEX DE VS adds a high-resolution camera and automated collimators for 1, 3 and 10 mm small-spot analysis of samples up to 30 cm diameter.

With a 50 kV / 50 W (CG II) or 65 kV / 100 W (CG II+) Pd-anode tube, five secondary targets covering Na–U, and a large-area SDD — combined with Rigaku's RPF-SQX Fundamental Parameters software — these are among the most sensitive EDXRF systems on the market.
